Inspiring Talkers, LLC is committed to providing the best possible service. In order to achieve these goals, we need your assistance and your understanding of our payment & refund policy. Payment for services is due at the time of receipt of the weekly invoicing. All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of services rendered. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. To facilitate your reimbursement, we will be happy to help process your insurance claims by filing with the following insurance companies: Medicaid, TriWest. Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee. Balances over 30 days will result in a hold in further services and an additional collection fee of $50. A charge of $25 will be made for appointments not canceled within 12 hours of schedule time. No refunds will be provided for services rendered. If payment is made prior to scheduled appointment and then canceled within the appropriate time frame, full payment minus $25 for work completed prior to appointment will be refunded.
